Clare Valley vineyards yielded the fruit for our Shiraz. The unique combination of geography, geology and climate is synonymous for producing high quality wines.
BOUQUET Lifted red currant and dark plum aromas, accompanied by subtle vanillin and spice.
PALATE Delightful jubey fruit characters follow onto the palate and combine harmoniously with smooth tannins. The resulting wine is generous with a long persistent finish.
PAIR WITH Barbecued meats and chargrilled vegetables.
